Wow, thank you Uncaged Ergonomics! Post shoulder surgery, I’ve been needing something to hold my tablet, books, and puzzles at a comfortable angle, and this is amazing. It’s so much more comfortable not trying to hold on with my hands, which get tired, or prop up a book with my legs- which still cause neck tiredness from looking down. I found this easy to adjust even with an arm in a sling, and it’s just so nice to be able to get what I’m reading up to eye level and to be comfortable. I didn’t expect there to be a soft rubber sleeve included, which slides on to the lower bar where my book rests, up its so nice to also rest my wrist there as I turn pages. It’s a thoughtful feature. The whole thing is well thought out- nice and wide to go over my lap and hold any size book on its surface. I imagine it would make a nice tray for a dinner plate as well. I can’t wait to recommend it to friends and don’t know when I’ve been so happy with a purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Editing to add that adjusting the side legs is not hard! You press in a button and move the legs where you want them, but you do not have to do both sides at the same time! Turn it on one end and adjust the side that’s up, then turn it on the other end and repeat. It’s also GREAT how it goes into any angle, just release the button at any point.

I love this stand. I bought it because of my neck arthritis. It's adjustable so I can use it on my coach, bed, table or recliner. The legs adjust so your book can be at eye level. It hold's heavy concordances and bibles. You can use it for small paperback novels but you have to hold the pages open, there are no clips to hold it in place. I did not want those anyway. However, with the heavy books it's hand's free reading. There's a ledge to set the book on so it does not slide and you can put your pens on it. Other models didn't have the thick ledge like this one. I've used it for 2 years now and I'm constantly banging or dropping it and it's been holding up. I love it. It's very sturdy and you can fold it and store it. Great for small apartments.

il supporto fatto molto molto bene, tutto curato, per me è facile cambiare la posizione, la costruzione solida e anche leggera abbastanza. Sono molto soddisfatta, finalmente riesco a leggere i libri in comodità totale senza rischi per la salute. Grazie ai costruttori ed anche Amazon per il servizio perfetto!! 02/08/2021 !!! Dopo qualche mese di utilizzo volevo confermare la qualità buona del prodotto, ma adesso devo togliere una stellina….: - il rialzo di gomma di soft touch lascia sulle pagine sotto un segno di sporco, cioè all’inizio non si nota niente, ma quando arrivi alla fine di lettura lo noti per forza. Mi dispiace molto questo fatto, perché leggo tanto i libri di carta, tratto i libri come fossero i miei figli…Allora per evitare questo disturbo ho cucito la copertina di stoffa e l’ho inserita dentro per bene, così non ci sarà più il pericolo di sporcare il bianco delle pagine. Spero che questa nota aiuti a qualcuno.

I was looking for something to use with my laptop while sitting on the couch or in bed. My initial idea was a cushion-like solution, something to replace a pillow but still you will end up by constantly needing to adjust your position. Then I considered a small stand, like a mini table, but found most options to be either too large or too heavy for my needs. Eventually, I came across this stand sold under various brand names at a much lower price. My main concern with this type of product was its sturdiness when used on a couch or bed. Would it provide enough space above my lap to adjust my seating position comfortably without moving the stand itself? After reading several reviews and watching videos, I decided to give it a try, feeling 70% confident that it would be the right choice. The reason I chose this particular brand, despite it being more expensive than similar alternatives, is because "UNCAGED" is a well-known and reputable brand with a legitimate website, which gave me confidence that I was purchasing a genuine, high-quality item. Once I received and used the stand, I can say I made the right choice 100%. It's incredibly sturdy, of great quality, elegant, easy to adjust, and perfectly suited for various sitting or lying positions. I'm so happy with it that I’m considering getting a second one for my kids, as it also works perfectly for supporting their iPads. I'm really glad products like this exist! 👍🏻

I use this ALL the time in ALL kinda of places. I am literally in the car (as a passenger obviously!) Using this to do school work on the car ride. I have used this on the couch. On the floor in front of my couch. On the bed. I dont use it often on tables because I do have another book stand I usually use at the desk or table but there is no reason this couldn't work there. Holds my really huge books. Has holes in the back to allow laptops to breathe. Can go really high, short, in between, sturdiness has not been a problem, dials are numbered making it easier to me sure you have both sides on the same settings instead of just eye balling it. Can have the surface vertical, horizontal, and any way in between. The ONLY thing negative i can say about this is it would be cool if it had page holders (only needed when you have the surface more vertical though when it's leaned back gravity does what gravity do. And it can be difficult to adjust the surface angel if you go the route of trying to press both buttons the same time. I can see how it could be very difficult to do for someone with disabilities because it really does require both hand to make any adjustments. Ultimately, one of my most used Amazon purchases and makes doing school work much more versatile. I actually bought another book stand first because it had page holders and was huge (I have very big school books) that was for use on tables desks etc, and came back and bought this one as well. While I do use the other one as well, I could have saved money and only bought this one and would have been fine its so versatile.
