Amazon sells a replacement that is substantially more expensive and I am guessing that is why you are looking at this one. Here is the deal, first of all the bolts need to line up with your mounting holes, pretty sure they do, but this motor has extra long ones to be universal and you will need to cut them off with bolt cutters on one end.. If it is a different measurement game over, check before you buy. Second, this is a pretty universal motor, electrically is it pretty versatile. You do need to know what you are doing though. There are no clear directions. IF the previous motor was the same RPM and HP and the bolt pattern matches you are good if you know what you are doing. Again looks like it does to me. I would read real darn carefully and maybe Google around a bit more? If you are not real handy, I would say buy the direct replacement as you will spend the extra time and money trying to make this one work.
