Good quality and it’ll save you money in the long run
I’ve been using these batteries in a AA for about two years now and they work out great. This year I’ve found two that wouldn’t take a charge anymore, but to me because of all the batteries I go through between flashlights and outside thermometer just any device that takesAA batteries, including all my game cameras I’m saving money. I used to get the lithium AA batteries, but that was a lot of money for 60 this works out really well. I have 80 AA batteries. I also use them in all my game cameras I’m saving money. I used to get the lithium AA batteries, but that was a lot of money for 60 this works out really well. I think I have 40 batteries.

Excellent Rechargeable Batteries with Great Design!
I recently purchased the imuto Rechargeable AAA Batteries Lithium 8 Pack with Fast Charger and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The compact design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical, as it serves as both a charger and a storage solution for the batteries. This pack includes eight rechargeable batteries, which I have been using in my keyboard and remote control. The 1300mWh capacity and 1.5V constant output ensure that my devices run smoothly without any interruptions. I appreciate the long lifespan of these batteries, rated for up to 1600 cycles, which means I can rely on them for a long time. In the long term, switching to these rechargeable batteries will definitely save me money compared to constantly buying disposable ones. I highly recommend the imuto rechargeable AAA batteries for anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective power solution!

One AAA no longer charging after only 6 weeks since receiving the batteries.
I've only had this set of 8 AAA lithium rechargeable batteries for about 6 weeks now. They worked great, mainly for led headlamps, and other low power applications. Since then, I have already one battery that refuses to charge. I make sure I don't ever fully drain my lithium batteries to 0% knowing they are very fickle at that point and end up killing them quick. So even following a strong charging protocol, one batter now is not charging. I tried another lithium charger and it took wouldn't get it to charge . What a bummer, so be careful not to drain your batteries to zero before charging. I doubt that was the reason this one failed, nevertheless it did and I'm worried about losing another one or two. The idea was to save money on alkaline and nimh batteries with lower working voltages. Let's see if anymore fail. I'm disappointed right now for sure, 6 weeks was too short a time to fail.

***DANGER***FIRE HAZARD***MELTED BATTERIES****DESTROYED 2 HEADLAMPS***DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IMUTO***
***DANGER***FIRE HAZARD***MELTED BATTERIES****DESTROYED 2 HEADLAMPS***DO NOT BUY!!! Bought these at full price to use in my headlamps. My very first use was in a quality headlamp I've used for years, in every type of weather and it has always been 100% dependable. Immediately after powering on, the light was pulsing irregularly and flickering on and off, I immediately turned it off. Double checked the batteries were installed correctly, they were. Then tried turning on the red light (seperate button) on same headlamp; it wouldn't turn on at all. Tried the white light again; the light had the same flickering and irregular dimming and brightening. When I tried to change the brightness with the button on headlamp, the light got extremely bright then burned out completely. Now it is completely dead, even with regular AAA batteries. I've owned this headlamp for well over 5 years and nothing like this has happened before using these dangerous batteries. I tried the same batteries in an led Maglight flashlight. They worked normally, and I left the light on for approximately 5 minutes, no issue. Thinking it may have just been a problem with the first headlamp; I installed 3 brand new, freshly charged, batteries in a newer Milwaukee headlamp. Again, this was a headlamp I've used for over a year without issue, both with rechargeable and Alkaline AAA batteries. The headlamp functioned as is should and the light was bright. I used the light while shoveling snow, but the batteries died quickly. Back inside I opened the headlamp to discover the batteries themselves had begun to melt. The plastic sleeves that hold the batteries together were cracked and melted. The batteries were so hot I needed a screwdriver to get them out. Not only did the BATTERIES MELT themselves, but they got hot enough to MELT THE HEADLAMP PLASTIC, DEFORMING THE BATTERY HOUSING AND THE WATERTIGHT GASKET. These batteries are extremely dangerous could easily start a FIRE. The melted battery housing of the headlamp now doesn't close properly, making it useless. As a direct result of these HORRIBLE UNSAFE batteries, I've lost 2 nice headlamps. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES : DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY; "IMUNTO" *I was able to get a refund from Amazon for the batteries, however the only compensation I received for my 2 destroyed headlamps was a $10 Amazon gift card. Quality headlamps are not cheap, $10 is not going to get you anything.

A really good value for the batteries alone
This is not a Vine review: I bought the set of 8 imuto AAA batteries with the charger for $22 in Mar 2025. - charge the batteries when you receive them: mine arrived at about 40% charge. No big deal - just charge them when you get them. - the batteries can be charged in my XTAR VX4 and EBL C708S3L chargers in addition to the one in the kit. - the charger included with these batteries will **not** charge NiCD, NiMH, or my other rechargeable 1.5V Li-Ion cells - it's for these imuto cells only. I have several chargers that will charge 1.5V rechargeable Li-Ion cells (including these), so the included charger isn't much interest to me. That said, The charger's physical design is appealing but it has some aspects I don't like: - as mentioned above, the charger only works for these specific batteries (though the batteries can be charged in other chargers) - this charger only works for AAA batteries. Consider whether the imuto kit that has 4 AA and 4 AAA cells might make more sense - for some reason they put the USB-C power input on the lid so it ends up being a clunky thing that kinda gets in the way. It's not a deal killer, but I don't understand why they didn't put the input power jack near the bottom Now the good news - these AAA cells have a true capacity around 720 to 800 mAh (equivalent to 1080 to 1200 mWh). It seems that the capacity improves a bit (10-20 mAh) after a few charging cycles. Now you might think since imuto claims these cells have an 865 mAh/1300 mWh capacity that this means you are only getting 85% of the claimed capacity - and you'd be right. However in my limited experience, getting 720+ mAh from a rechargable AAA cell is pretty good. At the price these were when I bought, the cost per cell is $2.75 which is very good - and that's considering the charger as free. Other 1.5V rechargeable Li-Ion AAA cells I have from a better-known brand that claimed 800 mAh/1200 mWh capacity tested to only about 320-350 mAh capacity at a higher cost. Less than 50% of the capacity of the imutos for 20% more money. I think these cells are a good deal even if the true capacity is only 720+ mAh. I wish imuto - and all brands - were more accurate with their claims. Note that the listing has this buried in some small print (I think this applies to many 1.5V lithiums): "Please Note: The maximum discharge current of imuto 1.5V AAA lithium battery is 0.5A. Due to differences in circuit design, some high-power LED flashlights and LED headlights may cause the battery to work overload and cause abnormal heating. If your device has a high brightness/strong light mode, please pay attention to the high current requirements of the device. Long-term full current output and over-current output will cause abnormal battery heating." The bottom line from me is: this kit is a good value for the batteries alone especially when there's a deal active. But avoid using the batteries in high drain devices. Just an FYI - I bought a 2nd kit at the sale price. **Another update** (Apr 2025): I stumbled on a chart imuto has on another of their rechargeable battery listings (www.amazon.com/dp/B0DCHTZBT8) and I'm adding it to this review. The chart indicates that while the "cell energy" is 1300 mWh (which is what is advertised in the product listing), the "rated energy" is 1170 mWh and the "rated capacity" is 780 mAh. The "cell energy" is said to be the "actual total energy" (theoretical I guess) while the "rated" numbers are the "actual" energy or capacity of the cell. In the chart, imuto defines these values as: - Cell Energy: Actual total energy of the battery cell - Rated capacity: Actual discharge capacity - Rated Energy: The effective energy actually deliverable by a battery (typically 5%-15% energy retention is required in rechargeable batteries to ensure system safety and cycle life) Note that the "Rated" numbers stated by imuto in that chart match up with the numbers that came out of my testing. So you can believe those two columns of the chart. It seems that advertising the theoretical energy of a cell is very common in the battery universe, leaving it to consumers to figure out how much juice **you** will be able to get out of the cell. I wish the "rated" numbers were what all vendors would publish/advertise. I think that chart probably gives people the kind of capacity you can really expect from many other vendor's batteries, not just imuto, when they advertise a particular mWh number. I appreciate imuto providing this chart, though it took luck for me to stumble on it.

Have patience with the initial charge.
The charger comes with a charging cable but no USB power supply. You must provide the USB port and it needs to have a full 2 amp output. Even with 2 amps, I had 1 battery that didn’t start charging for at about an hour. The other 7 started charging right away. But one was so dead that it took an hour just to get it to start charging. If your USB power supply is less than 2 amps then it might take several hours for a battery to start flashing a green light. But in the end, all 8 batteries took a charge. Once the flashing green light stops flashing and is a solid green, the battery is fully charged. If there is no light at all, then there is either no battery in the slot or it’s completely dead and not accepting a charge. If that happens, leave it in there overnight if necessary. Eventually it should start charging. A delay to start charging doesn’t mean the battery is bad. It just means it is so depleted that it has to sit in the charger for a while before it will begin the charge cycle. It could be 15 minutes, it could be 15 hours. But unless you have a red light over that battery, leave it in there. Eventually it should start flashing a green light and then switch to a solid green when fully charged. And the next time you charge it, it should start charging right away.

Excellent value — long-lasting batteries and a solid charging case
Context: I picked up this set to cut down on constantly buying disposable AAAs. I wanted something with good longevity, a decent charger, and reliable performance for everyday devices like remotes, small electronics, and lights. Experience: For the price, this set is fantastic. The charging case feels solid and well built, with a clean design and clear indicator lights. The batteries hold their charge well, and I’ve been impressed with how long they last between charges — definitely better than the typical low-end rechargeables I’ve used in the past. The constant 1.5V output means they perform consistently in devices that are sensitive to voltage drops. Recharging is quick and convenient, and the pack feels like a good long-term investment. Pros: Excellent price for 8 batteries + charger Sturdy, well-designed charging case Long-lasting charge with consistent 1.5V output Rechargeable up to 1600 cycles Easy to use and recharge Cons: None so far — they’ve exceeded expectations at this price point Verdict: A great value rechargeable battery set that delivers on performance, build quality, and longevity. Perfect if you want reliable AAA batteries with a well-made charger that should last for years.

No lo compres
Que no es una buena opción de compra, menos de un año y tres baterías ya no sirven y solo se usan en el control de la TV. No se han cargado mas de 10 veces y ya no mantienen la carga

Great output. After a few charges reach 1.55V- 1.61V ish
Excellent customer service and great product. I received a unit with a flaky USB C charging port, contacted the manufacturer via their website and was shocked at the speed of their reply and instant resolution (they sent a replacement unit that is perfect). I've come to figure out that these are great but not for all applications. In a flashlight for example it's as though there is no limiter and it will make the flashlight super bright (and warm) but not last long. Perhaps a fancier flashlight would control power intake better. Also, don't let these run to Zero. Some cheap devices will suck one of 2 batteries to zero and leave the other just low (1.1) Check your batteries periodically so they don't drain. TV / remotes, clocks, etc are good uses. (But check?). Flashlights work GREAT but not for very long. If you left a plastic flashlight on continuously I suspect it could melt. I'm not sure if it matters but I'm using a USB C cable and power source that is high powered (does ultra fast charge on Samsung galaxy and charges my Dell Laptop (62 Watts if I recall). So far no dead batteries although one was stubborn and I had to try a few times (one that read almost zero Volts.

Definitely a yes
These AAA batteries work great! One thing to note is that they come with a USB-C to USB-C charging cable I didn't read the description fully, so I got caught out and had to buy a new charger. However, I really like that the charging unit also doubles as a storage case for the batteries. I did have some issues with the first set I received, but the company provided a replacement very quickly

Works great. You will like them
I bought these to fit AAA remotes i use often and enjoy the fact I can charge them up if necessary. Being lithium batteries they last and last. My remotes are happy and so am I. Good job Amazon and the company who puts them out. Thank you
