Exact fit, great price.
Very easy to install. No need to pry out the tab to install, just press these onto the mounting balls. However, it is necessary to pry out the tabs to remove old struts. With a helper to hold up tailgate, I was able to remove old, install new in about 8 minutes. Suggestions, once old struts are off, wipe off the top and bottom mounting balls and with a 12mm wrench make sure each one is tight. In my case, both upper balls were loose. No need to use lube, the new struts are pre-lubed with silicone grease in each end socket. Tailgate now opens easily and stays up on its own. I'll change my rating if there are issues. For now they work great and I recommend these.

Easy install and quality product
My Odyssey’s tailgate shocks were kaput after many years and these new shocks were the ideal replacement.Easy install. Clear instructions. Definitely recommend.

Easy to install/replace old struts, but action is stiff, not fluid like the original part.

They snapped write into place. A little oil is helpful for a smooth installation. Oil the retainer clip lips.

Super Easy Install, Good Quality
After returning some cheap knockoffs from eBay, I ordered these from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised at the heft and quality. Install was a minute per side. These hold up the Honda Odyssey tailgate with ease and even help when you raise/open it. Way cheaper than genuine.
