I love JV - I had the most dreamy cup of coffee of my life at a JV in Bogata and have been trying to replicate the experience. I suspect its a combination of thing like brewing time and method. Although I've not been able to nail that exact rich flavour, this stuff is the best that I've found so far, with Sello Rojo coming in second. Whether I use it in my Aeropress or my Kereug, it's produces a consistently lovely, rich cup of coffee every time. It's a bit on the speedy side, but I'll continue to purchase it as my go to brand.
