La computadora me llegó con defecto, trate de activar la garantía y había expirado en el año 2024 y para completar hice la devolución del equipo la cual me comentaron que el costo debía cancelar y resulta que hasta la fecha nadie me ayuda del reembolso por devolución del producto que llegó con defectos. Para ser mi primera compra una mala experiencia y sigo si obtener respuestas.

As per Amazon specifications was showing the Processor speed 5GHz but actual processor speed is in site the Laptop showing 1.7Ghz it big fault I was bought that his processor speed is 5ghz .this is very disappoint for me
