Spry Berryblast Xylitol Mints - Pack of 45 Tablets

This product was recommended to me by my GP.Being a natural sugar, Xylitol has a low GI value. It should help to maintain oral hygiene by stimulating salivary flow.The mints are tasty and there is no after taste. I would recommend them

These are really nice little sweets if you want to do your teeth a favour by avoiding normal sugar.I have read that xylitol is actually beneficial to the teeth.(these are fruit flavour not mint)S

These do not taste of MINT at all! And they crumble in the mouth - last about 2 seconds! Would not eve buy these again.

Strange to call sweets mints when they have no mint in them, isnt it....?Here are the listed ingredients:Xylitol, calcium lactate, magnesium stearate, gum arabic, natural rasberry and balackberry essence, beeswax.I'm not so keen on these, they leave a bit of an aftertaste that is not as pleasant as mints or the lemonblast version. I like to keep by the bedside incase of dry mouth and dont want to be sucking sugar sweets at night, but will stick to the other flavours which I find more refreshing. I guess it's personal taste though, so it's good to have a variety of flavours to try.

A bit pricey for using all the time. Nice flavour. I used to suck on them after meals but due to the price sugar free gums will now have to do the job

These are great, with a very zingy fruit flavour. It's a handy container, fits easily into a bag or pocket.

They are really nice to freshen your breath, but, do not eat them like sweets, they are still a sweet, and too much can do just as much harm.
