There are definite positives with this kit. Firstly it’s a big model when completed, and consists of high number of parts. So you get a lot for your money. Some of those parts are also pretty rare elements, useful if you are one of those people who builds your own customer models. It’s also a good looking kit when complete, of that there’s no doubt. However, it’s major flaw is that it’s incredibly incredibly frustrating to actually complete the assembly. The model is more fragile than a faberge egg and bits all but explode off it with the slightest pressure as you try to finally put head, body, arms, and legs together, meaning you need to go back and reassemble. I’ve built no end of Lego kits from the UCS Falcon down - as well as kits by Lepin and others- and have never got as wound up with any of them as I did with this. On several occasions I had to walk away to avoid hitting it with a large hammer as it all but disintegrated during final assembly, 2 hours into something which should have taken 2 minutes. Sadly it’s stopped being fun. Online forums show lots of people having similar issues. So just be aware before you buy... and have a hammer ready just in case.
