Not harsh on your teeth and gums. Seems to have made a difference. Don’t get me wrong if your expecting your teeth to look like all the stars and be bright white then this isn’t in my mind the product for you however, if your looking for a realistic not sun bright look then I believe this does clean them to realistic expectation

Wasn't expecting much as I've tried various things in the past, but wow! I've used this everyday for the past couple of weeks and the difference is incredible! I have to be honest my teeth weren't heavily stained but they have definitely whitened even more, it's gentle too
