After trying and returning several raised seats, this one is excellent and a keeper. It was easy to put together, without tools, and the instructions are clear. It comes with a choice of two kinds of feet; suction and hard cap. We are using the hard cap, and it still stays put, until we actually move it. The whole thing slides right over and against the underside of the raised toilet seat, and is easily moved. Nothing to attach or screw directly to the toilet. It is easily holding a 250 LB person at our house. The arms widen enough to fit a large person and are sturdy enough that they easily give support to hang on to for sitting down or standing up. We have a very small bathroom, with tub and sink each about 4-5 inches away on either side of the toilet, so the adjustability for the arm width lets it fit well. The only thing you might find lacking if you are short and adjust the legs for that, is that the soft seat itself is not raised by more than about two inches, but it works for us.

Purchased this product for elderly mother (97 y/o) who is on the short side. Assembled it and was very happy with how sturdy it was but when adjusting the toilet seat height for mom I ran into an issue. In order for mom to easily sit down I had to lower the unit but it ended up resting on the toilet seat with the feet not securely on the floor. No easy fix (step stool or new toilet) so had to return it. Wished it had fit because it felt very sturdy and mom really liked the seat cushion. Would recommend this to anyone taller than 5'.

Bought this to have for after my hip surgeries. I need two hip surgeries. But not going to lie. I use it now because my hips give me problems. I don't know what I would do without this seat. Definitely excellent quality. I weight 225 and it holds me perfectly.

Width & Height Adjustable Raised Toilet Seat with Handles Brand: Takuyada Store)-I ensure that all shower chairs and toilet risers are tested at their maximum extension, as they should function effectively in this extended state. I'm far under the maximum rated weight of 400lbs for this riser chair. Please, also, be aware that one leg was welded incorrectly, resulting in the leg being attached in the reverse position, which affected the placement of the push-button positioning catch. However, this did not compromise the chair's stability, but it was a minor inconvenience to have the button facing the opposite direction. This chair felt wobbly at its fullest extension. The chair's wobbliness was only lessened by adjusting it to its lowest and narrowest setting. The suction feet provide nice added stability on smooth surfaces. The seat didn't crack under my weight, around 200, but it did give some. Leading me to have some concerns. It's a nicely padded seat. This chair might be suitable for individuals who are small or of smaller average size. However, I would not recommend Takuyada Store toilet riser chair for anyone weighing 400 pounds.

This adjustable raised toilet seat is just what we have been needing for when our Great Auntie visits! She is in her 90’s and still spry and sharp and still drives! But I know that using our toilet here’s a bit of a challenge to her and she will refuse any assistance by me to help her on or off the toilet! So when I saw this I thought I would surprise her on her next visit by putting this in the bathroom while she is here.This is very sturdy and will hold a lot of weight and the height is adjustable and since she’s around my height it’s easy to have it set up and waiting for her when she gets here. It was easy to assemble no tools required which was nice!The seat fits our elongated toilet which I was worried if it would or not but it does! I especially appreciate the no-slip tips for the legs so it doesn’t slide on our tile floor!I got this for Auntie but honestly I can see how this would be very useful for anyone with back problems or pregnant Mommas or anyone recovering from surgery or just needs a little help getting onto and off the toilet! It’s definitely worth its price! Toodles!

I've had the opportunity to try many elevated toilet seats. Lots of them have hard plastic seats which are not comfortable at all. Despite how sturdy a seat may be, if the seat isn't padded, then forget it. In addition to the padded seat, this has some other nice features. One is the padded handles and another one is the nice attached bag. That is perfect to hold whatever you'd like. I can't forget all the rest - the sturdiness, the adjustment levels. Great elevated toilet seat.
