The bath bench is very comfortable and sturdy, it was for my father and he enjoys it. There is a non slip texture on the seats to help prevent slipping too. I was transporting the bath bench to my parents house and in the process I lost two bars and two washers and screws. Kelly, the customer service representative for oasis space, talked to me over many emails to make sure I was happy. She was always polite and very helpful. As it turned out some of the items I requested were not available separately from the bench so I received an entirely new one! I'm so grateful for all of Kelly's help. I'm very happy that my father is able to shower comfortably and safely now.

I was looking foward to receiving this bench, the discription concernng the bench seemed accurate and the fact that its capacity is 500lbs, was also nice. Unfortunately, I received the bench in a box full of holes, with parts lose inside the box. Alll four corners of the box were broken, and the plastic ends of the leg inserts were exposed and somewhat damaged. Rather than get angry, ( these things happen) I decided to request another one and returned the first one. I received the replacement in much the same shape as the first one. I requested a refund. I think had I received the bench without broken parts it would have served me well. The box itself was not sturdy enough to protect the item during shipment, this is the manufacturer's problem. I hve purchased thousands of items from Amazon, and this was offered and shipped by Amazon, this is the first time I have seen two of the same item with the same issues. I have tried as best as I can to be fair and accurate concerning this item. I would recommend this item but you may receive it in the same condition that I did.

This was fairly simple to put together and works well.

My title is for a problem I encountered. I ordered this for my husband who was coming home from the hospital after a stroke. I received the chair, which is well made and super easy to assemble. No tools needed to,assemble. The problem was, I didn't measure the shower. The chair was 2 inches too wide. No problem. I request return and received it. Went to The UPS store to ship it back. To my surprise, it wasn't free shipping, and it was going to cost me $72.00 to ship it back. So needless to say, I still have the chair and will sell it to someone else. I didn't read the fine print, saying they don't give free returns shipping. So while this product is super great, I'm giving others the heads up.

We liked that my husband has a place to set his products while showering. It fits in my walking shower, we’re not using it as a transfer.

Like that it was interchangeable left to right. Good quality
