Wow perfect. My knives are now easily sharpened. I think these should be included as an option in original packaging

As spares for the sharpener they haven't been in use but the original discs that came with the sharpener are great at putting an edge back on blades and honing to a really fine edge

Having just bought the rolling sharpener, I wanted to try it first to see how effective it was compared to other sharpeners I'd tried before. Fantastic is the best way to describe this item. Gone are the ragged edges and no more ruined blades. The 400 grit disc smooths and sharpens the blade getting rid of all those raggedy bits (with some effort i may add) then the 1000 grit disc hones the blade to a sharpness that seriously impressed. Very little effort to cut veg etc now, very little. Bought the spare discs just in case these sharpeners disappeared over time, as they do! Can't see me using any other for my kitchen knives. Very satisfied! Definitely recommend.

As a one arm paralyzed stroke victim this sharpener is to difficult to operate safely. I gave it to a family member. What I did get sharpened was sharp.
