I have been using the Moroccan Hammam kit for years. I have decided to try the Elbahya product and the reason why I rated it 3 stars is as follow: - First of all, when I received the package it was mess, the quality of the products packaging including the white pouch is very cheap plastic material, one of the containers was all squeezed against the Pumice Stone. - I haven't received the Manual Guide listed in the description box even though it should be included. - The Exfoliating Glove is loose, I didn't get the blue one as shown in the pictures; it was a different ugly color; too big comparing to hand's seize, I just used it today; the quality of material is cheap and gets worse when I put it in hot water :( I have used the Black Soap and the Ghassoul Clay today, it works just fine similar to what you can buy from typical moroccan market.

I don't normally write reviews but both the soap and mask made my skin feel great after first use. Great customer service and packaging.
