Bigger than expected but a worthwhile purchase
It was bigger than expected- really could have been smaller. But my daughter was happy with the case and felt like it definitely helps keep it protected when she brings it on trips or various places. A big improvement over just tossing it all in a bag unprotected.

This product does not work. Do not BUY! I wish I could get a refund.

Do not buy the device. Doesn't work. Requires an app subscription to access any feature. No response from customer service for the app or the product. The case is an overpriced add on to an already worthless placebo. Don't waste the money or effort. Stay away.

Just what I needed
Excellent just what I needed. My old pulsetto broke because of poor storage so snapped in the middle. This case is exactly what I needed to keep my new one safe. It fits my device, conductor gel and has a little pocket for alcohol swabs or whatever you use to clean!

Used product
I’m very sorry, but I ordered this item as a gift for a loved one for February 14th. Instead, I received a used product. The box is used and dirty, the item itself is scratched and dirty, and it is clearly visible that it has already been used. How am I supposed to give this as a gift if it’s obvious that someone has already used it?
