A true game changer!
These are long awaited. An excellent drop in replacement that boasts amazing accuracy, easy installation, and low power consumption.I resurrected a PS5 controller I was convinced was a lost cause. I held on to it in hopes that something would eventually come out to fix the issue. The drift and jitter was the worst I’ve seen, and cleaning/calibrating was useless. After installing the TMR sticks and calibrating, it is perfect. I mean, perfect. This controller belonged to a friend and they were so happy I was able to fix it, and for a great price. There should be no more excuses for the controller manufacturers any longer, but we will see. These could potentially rid the controller industry of its number one issue.

These joysticks work great!!!
I used this for ps5 drift. It did the job but not without drawbacks especially if you’re a newb. Do the math on how much it’ll cost you to fix it yourself and compare it to the cost to have a pro do it. This is tedious and a pain. I had to get an electric desoldering pump, soldering wire, flux, some copper wic, and even tweezers. Oh and something to hold the board with clips. Watch some videos on how to solder and how to change the ps5 joysticks to help you. Research it the best you can. After I installed and calibrated them they worked great!!!

Great sticks
Very like it much, ordered other cheap ones on amazon but these one seems to be best for my ps4 controllers with less stiffness of the sticks and very accurate, now just wait to see how long it will last before seeing any jitter or drifting before replacing again.

Take your time!
Have done 3 controllers now. These have all been pretty close to center as-is. Further calibration is easy on the online dual sense calibration gui. Just take your time and use the fine tune beta to get everything to 0.00.Most importantly, removing the original modules must be done very carefully, so as to not overheat the boards. I recommend a desoldering gun. Even so, I damaged 2 of the older boards getting the knack of it. The newer controller boards [with green, yellow, black and red wires] are more forgiving in my opinion.

Average rate of error is excellent. Better than factory.
Out of the 4 modules, 1 did not completely work. The joysticks are supposed to have a click button and 1 out of the 4 the button does not register.

Fed up with stick drift - good purchase if you can handle the install.
I've been replacing my controllers every time stick drift starts, but this last one happened after 4 months and i was sick of it. only about 3 days in but i can feel the extra level of precision and responsiveness with the new technology. These sticks works great, install is tough, definitely need de-solder tool and some flux paste. only reason i went with 4 stars is the stick test online shows some decent variation in outside limit. No affect to gameplay, but could be better. i had to do about 6 calibrations in the Xbox app to get it to this accurate.

Proper tools are a must for install!
If you're not properly equipped, installing these can be a real pain. The sticks work great, calibrate nicely, feel slightly stiffer than factory potentiometers, and respond how I expected. Don't try this if you're a newbie to soldering, practice first... a lot.

One stick has become stiff one week later.
I bought a 4 pack of these TMR sticks, learned to solder and successfully repaired two bad PS5 controllers. Both controllers were like new again for a week or two. But then one of the four sticks suddenly became very stiff. The other three are still nice and snappy, but this one stick now has a lot of resistance horizontally and vertically. If I push the stick to the side and let it go, it doesn't snap back to the center, it slowly moves back to center. I have dismantled the controller again, but I cannot see anything wrong with it.So, I believe this is a defect. But as this problem didn't show up until I had used the controller for a while, now I am worried that the other three sticks may develop this same problem eventually. If I do more stick replacements, I am going to buy a different brand next time and hope for better results.
