Thank you for such a great product!Noticeable improvement in digestive and gut health after the first week. By the 3rd week - CONSISTENT regularity and lack of indigestion! I cannot convey (or, if I did, it would definitely be TMI) what a relief it is after years of suffering from undiagnosed health "issues" and immense stress to be normal again. At the age of 72, I was beginning to doubt that would ever happen. I have taken digestive enzymes and pre/post probiotics in the past, but, in the end, (see what I did there?) this product did what others haven't. Even though my husband didn't have any issues, I have him taking them as well for good gut maintenance. We are very, very pleased and know the results are from supporting our micro-biome and immune system instead of just managing symptoms with prescriptions and over the counter meds. I, also, really appreciate the added benefit of berberine and astaxanthin. Great product and value - will definitely continue to use and highly recommend.Thank you so much!

Akkermansia appears to be working well for me. My body is regular, the weight is staying balanced and I have an over better feeling health wise. Only wish they used gelatin capsules

Great probiotic! I like that it has reduced bloating, reduced sugar cravings, and has kept me regular. It has made me feel full faster so I don’t overeat. I definitely recommend.

The first day or two I really didn't feel anything. Was kind of wondering if it worked any, but then my appetite started to dramatically drop. And when I would eat I would feel full much, much sooner. 100%, I'm a big dude and I like to eat, so here's an example: we had chili dogs the other night and I love chili dogs with a burning passion, and normally I usually eat around 4.... I know that's bad. So knowing that my appetite had went down and I was getting full a lot faster, I made two hot dogs I hadn't had much to eat that day so I figured I could at least get those two down. I ate one hot dog and I was already starting to feel full but I had already made the other hot dogs so I went ahead and polished that bad boy off but I was full, full. I easily could have stopped at one. That's definitely one of the biggest pros of this medicine is it helps me not overeat. And another thing is I don't have cravings nearly as bad. Yeah they're there but their volumes turn down to like a two or three instead of a 10. I find it much easier to avoid snacks and stuff like that than it normally is. Been on them for a little over a week now and I've lost 11 lbs. I've got a lot of weight to lose, so that may not be the result everyone gets but it definitely helps. We'll order again no questions about it.

Overall experience was very good! Without having to pay a lot of money I recommend these probiotics. I have increased energy with decreased appetite. I’ll be taking these for awhile.

This is not the first akkermansia product I have taken so I didn’t have a big change when I started taking this product. However, I continue to have improved digestion with this brand and I like the additional benefits from berberine, astaxanthin, insulin, and chromium. It really helps decrease appetite.
