I do not know if organic or grass fed, but there is almost no meat in the powder. 95% egg protein. I found the powder too salty and I do not recommend it.

Is paleopro keto friendly? has anyone used this on a ketogenic diet?

I am no longer choosing keto but you can certainly use it. 1 net carb I believe.
