A: they are capsules 3/4 long 1/4 diameter

**Q: How do you fit 19.37 grams into one capsule?**
A: Each capsule has a total of 1 gram, which is made up mostly of concentrated EXTRACTS.  This is equivalent to 19.37 grams of un-concentrated powder.  I agree it is confusing.
