Electronic features are amazing!
Fantastic Knife! I own several Victorinox pocket knives and this one is just outstanding! The electronic features work great! The altitude seems to be fairly accurate considering it depends on barometric pressure, which changes with the weather. The knife is a good size. Not to big or too small and not to heavy nor too thick. My only slight complaint is that the light from the flashlight is not as bright as my Midnite Minichamp. However it still works and is bright enough for everything I've used it for. I would highly recommend this knife!Just be sure to look up how to use all 7 electronic functions(not including the flashlight). It can be a little confusing at first since there is only 1 button for setting the clock(12-24 hour format), altimeter(ft/m), barometer, alarm, timer, stopwatch, and thermometer(C/F). All of which are on the back-light display(still controlled by only 1 button). Great job to Victorinox for making that work so well with only one button!

Great all-around tool, plus altitude and air pressure changes
I've kept a Victorinox pocket knife on hand most of my adult life. I got this one to track air pressure changes to see if post-concussive disorder symptoms are triggered or exacerbated by changes in air pressure. This knife has a digital readout of altitude as well as an indicator of increasing, decreasing, or constant air pressure. (Also temperature, time, and some other electronic features.) As an added bonus, it withstood a soaking when I used the leather punch on a running drip irrigation system to add emitters when I couldn't find the proper punch tool. I was afraid I had ruined the electronic readout, but I took out the batteries and let the knife dry -- when I put it back together, everything worked fine! Wonderful little tool, and I think I've used everything on it!

The Perfect Daily Companion!
The Victorinox Traveller Lite has been the perfect daily companion! This will get you through all your general every day tasks. An every day carry (EDC) knife should be able to do most things you run across in your normal day. Can you do carpentry work, work on an automobile, or bushcraft with this knife? NO. When I know I am going to be doing a specific job or project, I pack the tool that is most useful for that project. That is not what an EDC knife is made fore. An EDC knife is your day to day tool. What can you do with this? Well, lose something under your car seat or couch, no problem with the build in fashlight. Need to jot down a quick note, the built in pen is pretty handy for that! Need to slice and peel your fruit or vegetable, or slice a bagel, the blades are both plenty sharp! Have a few screws that need tightened, the screwdrivers are very handy. Open bottles, open cans, no problem. The digital clock and thermometer are also very nice to have, quick glances to see the time, use a timer or stopwatch, not a problem. Need to clip a stray thread, the scissors are the best in the business! You can also us the toothpick after lunch, use the tweezers to get rid of that pesky splinter, and so much more!Do you need the bigger version with more tools? NO. I have never found myself walking around saying "I wish I had a SAW with me today" or a metal file, or a chisel, or any of that. I have specific tools for those kinds of jobs. This little guy will do everything I need for DAY TO DAY.My only CON with this knife.....I wish it came in black!TIP: When you first get the knife, the flashlight will be very dim. Don't worry, it is not a defect. The batteries it shipped with are weak. Go ahead and purchase a pack of RENATA CR1225 batteries. You will need at least 2 of them to replace the flashlight batteries and 1 for the clock. After you put fresh batteries in, the light is plenty bright enough!

Great combination of tools
Awesome combination of tools. Everything you need - nothing you don't. The clock and thermometer look great and function well and easily. I only wish it had a magnifying glass and better water resistance on electronics. The white LED is pretty bright, so no complaints there, but it could probably be updated.

Just went through the washer and dryer and still works!
I have carried this knife for 5 years, since January 2013 and it has never failed me. Last night I left it in my pants pocket and it went through the washing machine and the dryer. This morning I put my pants on and found it still in the pocket and it still worked! The logo has faded from years of use, the knife is scratch from years of actual work hard work, but it still works. The only downside is the flashlight is pretty much useless. I keep hoping Victorinox will update the flashlight with newer LED technology and as soon as they do, I will buy the knife again. It is well worth the investment. Plus it is cool to tell you friends you have to set your knife to daylight savings time!

Nice knife, over priced above $200 CAD though
Love this knife, love victorinox swiss army knives, however some are IMO a tad over proced and this one is no exception. I bought mine from amazon market place and the price there was just about right.

A top rank multi-tool/penknife!
The Traveller Lite was introduced in 2007, meaning that any teething problems have had twelve years to be sorted out. The led light gets grumbled about in some reviews but the current version uses an led which is pure white and though tiny, bright enough to let you find your way about on a dark night. There are also questions about how waterproof it is, I think the answer is 'good enough' for most people, with reports of the electronics still working after passing through a washing machine. Some people mention the display screen can be easily scratched - though it is very slightly recessed and I can find no photos of badly scratched screens on the internet. It's easy to set up and the choice of blades and tools is excellent with no saw, something I rarely use in practice. Build quality is far superior to almost any other multi-tools/knives, though maybe not quite as good as my Victorinox purchased in 1989 in Switzerland, which seems to have been near the pinnacle of their quality control; with perfect machining and polishing of surfaces that cannot normally be seen.Would I recommend it - Yes! With the advice to wait until it's at the bottom of one of it's price cycles on Amazon (Victorinox prices seem to go up and down like a YoYo but Amazon is by far the cheapest place to buy them new).

Util navaja, excelentes funciones electronicas
