**Q: Would this be suitable for use on a solid wood table top? And does it require finishing with varnish to protect against liquid spills?**
A: Would not use on table top as water based and never dries
Hard enough. Best to use a wood stain then lacquer.

**Q: Can this be used for interior wood and possibly a chest of drawers? Also, does it require a coat of varnish to seal?**
A: Yes. I used this quick dry woodstain to refresh all my oak kitchen units. Make sure all surfaces are clean and smoothe. I did 2 coats in one day and the finish did not require a varnish to seal. Easy to keep clean afterwards. Very pleased with the results. Good luck.

**Q: Does woodstain fumes cause cough**
A: i always use a mask when painting and never had a cough.

**Q: Hi there, could i use this on my fence outdoors ?**
A: Depends on the size and length of the fence.  If it only has small wooden sections, then yes and this small can should be sufficient. If you're talking about a six foot tall feather board type, buy fence paint.
