I had to contact the seller for a new small screw and the clamping part of the bar as the screw snapped when I wanted to tighten the stick. The seller was quick to respond and gave me a replacement (but took a few weeks as it had to be shipped from China, np). However.... I needed a right sided clamp, not an another left one to which I will needed to try and adapt to the problem ∑(￣□￣;) Since this is my first time buying an aero bar, the instructions weren't very good, but I guess it is quite easy to set up after watching videos on YouTube. The best thing for me is that it has "aluminium trays or armrests" My previous Cheap and Cheerful tri bars were ~£15 and the plastic armrests gave way. Facilitating this next buy. Durable so far hasn't broken. Biggest Downside for me the left armrest keeps going loose. Before a big ride, I have to tighten it to the max. After 5+ hrs it starts to get loose due to the bumps in the road. Right side armrest. Put it together once and never had to touch the bolts ever. My thoughts. Maybe the left bolt or the threads are just bad, or maybe I just need some thread lock for this side? 3 stars for me due to this issue.
