VELBON QB-6RL Velbon Repl Shoe

When I acquired a second-hand tripod, it was missing the shoe. A Google search told me the product I needed, and it's a perfect fit for the tripod and the screw that holds the camera is a universal size, to it keeps my camera snug.

I have purchased two of these over the years, as we have lost the previous ones. Works well, fits perfectly.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. It was delivered right in time for the speaker forum event that I'm recording tonight. It's a perfect match for the PH368 head.I recently purchased a used Velbon tripod (Velbon VideoMate-607/F) from a consignment shop at a great price. It was missing one critical element- the mount attachment on the PH368 head. (The price on this mount replacement from Amazon was the same as the price on the tripod!)Right now, I'm in the process of upgrading equipment for my video work. The inexpensive tripods that I bought new 4 years ago are breaking down, and, not as easy to repair as I thought due to the cheap quality of the equipment. It also doesn't help that the camera stores that I purchased them from had closed operations in 2012. The economical solution is to buy better tripods, albeit used, and cannibalize the broken ones for parts to make one working tripod out of that mess as a spare.Yes, I could have shopped around and found a better price with some seller elsewhere, but, this item might not have been ready for the presentation tonight. I am truly thankful that I could find this item quickly on Amazon.

Found an old Velbon tripod in our storage room that hadn't been used since we sold our VHS video camcorder many years ago. The tripod was in its carry bag so it was still in great shape. We must have sold the Velbon quick release shoe with the camcorder, because it was missing. I was very happy to find this product was exactly the right replacement. I now can mount our new 4K UHD digital camcorder on our tripod.

This shoe was what I was looking for to complete the tripod that was given to me. The shoe fit perfect, now I have a working tripod.

Wrong size. Needed the QB-5RL, but there ios no way to tell this from the page. And I did use the correct Velbon model number when searching for the shoe. A local camera shop did not have it, but was able to identify the item I needed, and I ordered it through B&H.

This product does the job like it is suppose to. I personally needed one of these things because I was missing one for my tripod. Bought it, shipped to my house, and tried it on. It fits perfectly on my Velbon Videomate 607. Does exactly what it's suppose to do, screw your camera onto a tripod. The cork on top also helps keep the camera snug and put. I thought this cork would look weird on the tripod but it looks perfectly fine once its on. Definitely recommend this if you need one (or are missing one) for your tripod.

Perfect fit and replacement for my QB-6RL head. Quality could be better, it's made out of somewhat cheap plastic. But other than that, I have no complaints.

Very effective service and device. Plate allows quick and easy change of optical equipment e.g. spotting scope, telescope or camera, onto a matching tripod. I leave a plate attached to each of my optical devices.

Comes in a genuine Velbon box, does the job fine. Fits securely on the head of my old D600 tripod.

Does exactly as it should, good quality.
