Kinda small and the metal is slippery. Hold tight. But, the tra station function is easy. You need to use your Apple or android phone to install instructions and pair to your phone.

So far I have attempted many times over the last 4 days to get it set up and it isn't working. I get a Bluetooth connection, but when I move to next step it stops. I'll try a few more times, but if it isn't working I'll have to return it.

You can only interacted with person and sometimes background noise interfere. When doing one on one it is great.

Work's well and easy to operate.

I needed this most when I was in an area w no phone signal. Not much help for me

we have a helper that comes every two weeks that we are very close with. she speaks no english and we chat by typing in the phone. I purchased this through Enence for my wife many weeks before Christmas. I was perturbed because it was suppose to arrive in time as a present. I actually tried to cancel the order as it was so late. It finally arrived mid January. My wife loved it. Our friend was amazed and they chatted by voice !. I got on Amazon and purchased another. It was 1/3 the price ! and arrived the next day !!The same exact device ! and gave it to her and she was so excited she broke down in tears. She even texts us from home and it translates the texts! Very Nice to pair with an iPhone ..that i know!

Unbelievably useful

This makes an annoying sound when prompting you to speak. It doesn't filter out back ground noises. I really wanted to like this product, but when I contacted the Support through Amazon, they said they did not support the Enence Language translator, I would have to contact another support team. Just decided this wasn't worth the hassle. I found some Tagry Earbuds, that I thought I would try, instead.
