These are a little pricey but I do like the way they seem to work. I am happy with the quality and feel so much better since taking these. At first they did bother my stomach but I looked up the digestive enzyme and it said it could potentially upset the stomach. They do not taste like anything. That’s a plus.

I have been taking these for a month now and I wanted to wait this long to do the review so that I could really get a good idea of what it provides and as a girly that doesn’t use the restroom(number 2) daily. I definitely seen an improvement with my gut health. I take it as directed, which is one probiotic a day and one digestive enzyme before your meal and I have seen an improvement in my gut health and my restroom frequency and it just helps me stay motivated to work out and eat right. There are no magic pills to get a slim belly but using this paired with eating better and working out is definitely a great combination.

Let me just say I am not paid to write a review, nor do I have any obligation to write one but when a product works why not help others . Although it is to soon to write a proper review as I got the product a few days ago let me say where I don’t use the bathroom but every other week , yes I said it every other week since I started this the second day of using I have gone each day and not just once either . So something is working for me . Can’t wait to see what else it does . I’ll post a review again in a month . And also I did feel a clean energy which was weird but I felt good all day .
