My son with Autism struggles with bowel movements and constipation. We tried Miralax and it made 0 difference, the only thing that would work was suppositories which everyone hated. I NEVER write reviews. Our son has struggled with constipation since he was little. He is almost 10 now. Still has issues. So we switched him from MiraLAX to this. At first, he got constipated because we only gave 1 scoop a day. I'd honestly say start higher. I mean worst case, they get the runs. You can always adjust. Runs are better than constipation. His perfect dose is 2 scoops. He weighs about 60-65 lbs. Everyone is different, but I definitely think 1 scoop is meant more for toddlers.

Definitely does not taste good not sure why it says that on the unflavored version. Definitely mix it in some form of an applesauce, probiotic yogurt that kids can drink or eat or a smoothie. I also made sherbet and mixed it in for a yummy and yet beneficial treat.

Worth every penny and works like a charm. I’m so happy I found this product. I feel much more comfortable giving this to my 4-year-old daughter after learning about how harsh and unsafe PEG3350/MiraLax is. My daughter has had GI issues since birth, she was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis at an early age, and has always struggled to have regular BM’s.
