Update: 6.11.25Apologies for not doing my update sooner!This is the best investment for my overall health/exercise journey!I have found after the 2nd month of 4-5 days a week minimum 15 minutes of rebounding has changed my body & mind, which may seem minor changes for someone else, they are actually huge for me! Yes, my legs are definitely getting stronger/firmer. My abs or better yet (not a 6 pack, but a keg, tmi menopause) I can feel my abs are strengthening! Item/s are exactly as described NIB.Let me preface this long review by sharing I’m not a medical or athletic professional, I’ve done my due diligence reading up on & looking at all the different rebounders available on the market over the past month & was on the fence between 2 brands & narrowing down which model having never rebounded before & reviews well, you really don’t know what to expect until you try it or buy it you just won’t know.MaryRuth of MaryRuths Organics posted a video on IG not to long ago she’s been rebounding for 20 years (for lymphatic & for low impact overall workout/Health) she usies the JumpSport 250. I went down the rabbit hole online & on Amazon from there on rebounders quality, value (price), weight & height for user, level of rebounding info for user & narrowed it between JumpSport vs. Bellicon.I narrowed my pick down to the following JumpSports 350Pro, 430 or the 570Pro or a build your own Bellicon (factoring in the same needs being height limitations I’m 5’9, my athletic ability (knee injury) & also factoring in if my husband whose 6’5 wanted to use it and is over 245lbs weight limitations.)NOT all rebounders are meant for everyone. Yes, Bellicon has great ratings & is supposed to be the top of the line for rebounders but I could not justify spending $1000 + on a rebounder & I didn’t want to buy a mediocre rebounder based off of being frugal, & not knowing if it was a worthy work out investment I might not like. The JumpSport is right up there in quality & performance, researching more online (PLEASE visit this site it is loaded with very useful information for anyone whose interested in rebounding as not all rebounders are created equal-“Earth & Owl” Blog/Webpage/Youtube videos)After reading the “Earth & Owl” blog/website page & watching videos I immediately pressed purchase in my Amazon cart for Jumpsort 350Pro.FYI: I ordered 2 days ago & it arrived today, the 350Pro is pre-semi assembled (bungies already on) all it took was adding the legs and assembling the handlebar (purchased separately from same seller and THIS handlebar was a much needed purchase!) I’m soooo glad I bought this seperately as well I needed it after jumping to a video off of YouTube! The 350Pro & Handle bar was easy to assemble. The JumpSport 350Pro Is a medium firmness on preset manufactures assembly. The bounce is smooth, & I feel secure on this JumpSport there isn’t any movement & the arched legs I know make a difference. This rebounder is SOLID! I set it up in our very tiny livingroom & after doing a workout on Youtube I needed to move out of center of room, taking the handlebar off was easy peasy, the functionality to use, move & store out of the way is fantastic! This is a solid piece & has some weight.I know this is a long winded review but hope it helps anyone who is struggling on what brand or type as I had struggled to narrow it down. I’ll update in 4 weeks for overall condition/wear as I plan to do a low impact health workout every day.

I am reviewing the jumpsport pro 39" (formerly pro 350 heavy duty) fitness trampoline. The bounce is amazing, and it has a weight limit of 300 lbs. The ease of assembly was fantastic as it comes with clear instructions and part numbers in case something is missing so that you can get the piece sent to you. I also purchased the X39 safety bar which I highly recommend if you want extra peace of mind. It is very sturdy and I love that I can change the 4 knot cords to fit my bounce level from soft to extra firm, how to adjust for your firmness level is also clearly described in instructions. Jumpsport is expensive but you do get a lot of value for your money. I would definitely purchase again but only through JumpSport as the Spreetail reseller here was not good and did not work in good faith. I ended up getting a refund through amazon after filing a claim.

Very stable and well-made rebounder. I use this every day but especially in the mornings to charge up for the day. Great to use in your apartment or condo if you live on an upper floor or have tenants below you. The bungees absorb all the shock/noise so you can feel confident you’re not disturbing your neighbors.

Gentle on my knees and back. My first was a spring rebounder and it used to make my knees hurt. This one is really is a lot of fun to use and was easy to assemble, only had to put on the legs and was ready to use!

Honestly forgot I purchased this from Amazon but the family loves it! I bought this for the kids to burn off some energy inside during the cold months and both the 6 and 4 year old love it. Better yet, so does this adult.If you’re wondering how much of a workout this is, boy I was shocked at how hard 5 minutes was bouncing on it. My knees (which are not the greatest) did well doing this; not as well as swimming but significantly better than any cardio I usually do.The unit is definitely durable, which is a pleasant surprise but I was hoping at this price point it was. You don’t bounce high, so those of us with standard height ceilings this is usable for a 5’8” individual in a basement or 8ft normal ceiling if you aren’t insane. For the kids, this is safe in almost any situation, as they CANT spring on in and go flying.Pricy buy but easy to use, adjust and functional for a small space. I used my own money on this and I haven’t regretted it yet….which is a lot for a piece of exercise equipment.

I have a spring mini trampoline, it does its job but… this bungee trampoline is quiet and so smooth. It’s far more stable and has a nice large jumping surface. I used to run 30+ miles a week for years, but I’m slowing down now. This trampoline gives me a similar aerobic workout at home. I can even watch television while using it as it is so quiet. Best workout equipment purchase ever!

Nice trampoline. I like the tension adjustment. I removed one star for assembly. It should have been easy but they sent the wrong size Allen wrench. Since that's the only tool used it was a problem until we found a neighbor with the right size.
