What are the differences between yellow and blue packaging? Is this a power form or tablets?

My dog weight 13 lbs , can I give him this one ?

I did not use this on my dogs. Used it in my aquarium when shortly after setting it up I discovered I had an infestation of Planaria. Within a week it completely got rid of them. I still have the packet with some left in it and the directions say for a 13 lb dog use the higher dose for a 20lb dog which is 2 1gram packets per daily dose. It states the dog must be treated for 3 days in a row. Mix the daily dose with the dogs food when administering. You might need to moisten the food when you do that. That’s what the instructions say on the package. Hope that info is of benefit to you. You will probably need to purchase 2 package as there is only 3 1gram packs in each package. Good luck!
