it does what it says it does. Easy to assemble. Ours had a little nic at the top, and some of the 'dops' didn't stay on the screws. A little double-sided tape helped with that issue.I had to add rubber pads on the bottom to prevent moving on tiles. Also, I added some furniture felts to the top, as it did stain the wall.it is a great colour and fits our bathroom well. So although not fully satisfied, still an OK purchase.

It is quite solid and doesn't feel too cheap. It is a little rough around the edges and I think it would be nice if there were covers for all of the screws or if they were hidden better. They only include plastic covers for the small screws.My only real issue with it is that it doesn't have any sort of plastic/rubber for the ends. It would be so much better with a rubber pad under the bottom and one at the top to protect the wall and hold it in place. I know it is designed to be screwed into the wall but I can't screw into tiles, so I will need to put some double sided tape to use in my bathroom.

Hangs towels easily, though still a little wide to fit in my small bathroom at end of bath due to the angle needs to be placed at but have in guest room now. Colour combo a bit odd with wood and grey. White and wood maybe better or all grey.

Looks as it's meant to. Was slightly more complicated to build than you might expect, but not difficult. I had to add felt pads to the upper arms where it touches the wall, since it tends to rattle against the wall every time you dry your hands on the towel. So it's likely better for decorative storage than for use as a place to dry hands the way we're using it. Also, be aware that it needs to be propped against something or secured to the wall. (The wall, in our case, is glass, and so we can't. But have propped it against the bottom of the sink cabinet, which keeps it in place.

Nice enough product but section D the bottom outer right hand side of the Frame has what looks like has been repaired for what ever reason so I am thinking these may be quality rejects hence the price shame really as it is a sturdy stylish item

Arrived in perfect condition, packed well. Easy to assemble.Bought to use to hang throws for decorative purposes in the sitting room.Great little addition, nice touch to 'fill the space'.Aesthetically pleasing.Can be fixed on the wall which I would recommend if will be constantly 'used' as it would move everytime you take off/ put back a throw which can scratch your wall paint. Otherwise perfectly fine leaning on the wall if only for decoration.
