I never knew these existed up until a few weeks ago when I was planning my next adventure and decided to try it out. It came in a nice little box, next day delivery through prime, and just in time for my holiday!My summary:1. Comes with its own hard cover travel case!2. 4 in 1 plug - US, Aus, UK, Europe3. 4x normal USB ports, and 1x USB C port - you can even use it at home to charge your phone/ipad!4. Can also fit any plug from any country - handy if you have a guest around from abroad!5. Tested on my Samsung S9+, and it supports fast charging too!!This is an incredibly handy and essential piece of kit for anyone going abroad. I bought this for trekking in Nepal. I read the Q&As and was confident it would work fine (it claims to be usable in most countries around the world). The best feature is that you can plug in multiple USBs, making charging efficient and convenient. Despite it being pretty light, it is quite bulky and felt quite like a delicate balance to keep it in place when charging a few things when using it in a wall socket. A few times it had dropped and wasn't fully plugged in and when I pushed it into the socket I found I had switched the power off at the same time (partly due to strange design of sockets in Nepal). However, the big draw back is that in Nepal there area a variety of sockets used. It was great in hotels where you could use a UK 3 pin plug or a US 2 pin plug. BUT and this is a big BUT - it did not work for C or D pin sockets, which are more typical in rural areas or places with more basic amenities. If you plan to go to Nepal/ India you will need to take a specific adaptor (not this one) to be sure you can charge your gadgets. What worked in the end for me was taking a small battery pack in addition to this adaptor (I took it just in case and was glad that I did as I needed it). I used this adaptor to charge the battery pack when I had access to the right plugs and then used the battery pack to charge my gadgets when this adaptor couldn't be used.

Wow that is really good adapter I just came from Dubai and we charged all our phone through this worked very well had no problem, if you use all 4 usb together it doesn’t slow the charge that I found brilliant because we had 6 phone and camera battery to charge and it did it’s job extremely well, I originally thought it would slow down the charge if you use all the usb at the same time but to my surprise it didn’t, it’s very reliable, very well made worked very well had no problems at all, plus I use it at home to charge my phone and iPad together so it’s not just for holiday , yes yes I definitely would recommend this small gadget worth every penny. I really need to say that this travel adapter is the best helper when I travel to France this time! My friends don’t take any travel adapter,but my adapter has so many usb connections and it’s totally can let every one of us to charge our phones! And it’s very easy to use,just push it out.Also need to mention,the speed of charging is fast.Except Uk and Europe,it also has the USA adapter. That means when I travel to America next time, I don’t need to buy any other travel adapter again. That means I can travel to most of the countries of the world with one adapter! So wonderful, I really like this product

This adapter does almost everything I wanted. It will plug into most power systems in Europe, the USA, Australia, and NZ by changing the pins using slider controls. It has 4 standard USB charging slots on one side, a type C USB charging slot on another side, and a number of plug layouts on the front to allow either a UK, European or USA power plug to be inserted. Effectively you can plug it into a socket in any country (with a few exceptions) and insert a plug from any country. There is a little space in the included case to store one or maybe 2 USB cables if they are not too bulky.The only criticism I have, which might be asking a lot, is that there is no fast charge on the USB C, or any of the standard USB slots, and the plug layout on the front does not allow a shaver cable (2 pin) to fit. These additions would make it excellent but probably more complex and expensive.

I bought this adaptor for my daughter as she is a student who has to travel as part of her course.The product is not good quality and I suspect dangerous it wobbles around and sometimes works and other times it doesn't.Unfortunately by the time my daughter returned to the uk with the adaptor we were too late to return it.I hope that the seller read their reviews and has the decency to still refund us.

Bought adapter for use (as described) in India. However the three options offered by the product do not appear to fit the standard three round pins used in India.Edited following helpful reply from supplier.Thank you for your prompt reply, much appreciated. I will keep the adapter as it will be useful in Europe and its ease of operation, will see how we get on and will revise later. Perhaps your explanation re two or three pins could be added to the description. Regards MA

Travelling on holiday as a couple, with two phones and two tablets, can become a logistical juggling act to keep things charged. In the past it also required multiple adapters and cables, and a prayer that sufficient sockets would be available and accessible! This is much easier! I like that there are 4 'standard' USB outputs, plus an additional USB type C that I can use for my latest tablet, and still have the possibility to power a standard UK plug.I expect it to last: it seems durable, but I've only had it for a few months and so don't feel able to comment on durability.
