Xlear Natural saline nasal spray with xylitol works surprisingly better than other natural saline sprays I’ve tried. In addition to decongesting well, it actually reduces the inflammation in my nose, and reduces redness around the corners of my eyes associated with the inflammation.

As a teacher I highly recommend this! I use it before and after school. I’m using this in conjunction with allergy meds and I think it has made a big difference. I have noticed it helps me breathe freely and with sinus headaches as well.

works good when my sinus is aching.. use it only when it is bad otherwise your system gets use to it & the effect is not as noticeable

This stuff really works when your nose gets dry,and stuffy. It does give a burning sensation when you first squirt it up the nostrils but it passes quickly and opens your breathing fast. I keep it on hand and recommend it.
