This is a very good value for the money, and I was shocked by the installation kit that included everything that you would need for a variety of installation options, including a line level to RCA converter (which I did not need to use, but will keep). This will not add window shaking bass to your car nor will it tickle the frequencies down to 20Hz, but it does exactly what I wanted it to do, and that was add some lower frequency support to the stock speakers in a 1999 Honda CRV. This model vehicle basically has no lower frequency support with the stock system, but this rounds out the sound nicely. It is a small unit and it fit beautifully into the "spare-tire" area under the rear cargo "picnic table" (if you know gen1 CRVs, this will make sense to you) and since I ran the power back there from the battery, the connections were otherwise quite easy. You will have to be willing to remove some trim pieces to run wires, but if this is a skill you have, this will be easy for you. The quality of the unit itself is really nice, and again, I am shocked at the completeness of the installation kit. It will not add powerful bass to your ride like a huge enclosure will, but it will make a thin sounding stock system sound like a much higher end system and for under $100. And given the small size and low cost, the power of this unit is really good. As a side note, this was my second choice. My first was a round unit designed to fit in the spare tire, but another seller/brand sold me a unit that was dead out of the box. I bought this one as a second choice, but frankly am happy because I think that I like it better. The blue LEDs are not visible to me since the unit is hidden in a closed cargo area, but one could get inside of the enclosure and delete the lights. I would probably have added a toggle to turn this on or off, but for this price point, I am not complaining. If this was installed under a seat, the blue light may become distracting, but if you can wire your car for this installation, you can figure out how to make the LEDs "go away." My only reason for not giving this 5 stars is because people need to understand that this will not replace a full size bass enclosure. It is not a reflection of the quality of the unit, or a referendum on the price. For what it is, it is a 5-star device, but do not expect competition levels of bass. The size of this makes that physically impossible. Updated to 5-stars. I like this the more that I use it. Just do not expect it to rattle your windows.

It sounds great for an inexpensive subwoofer. I will say it is not as loud as I hoped. I would recommend buying the next wattage up if you like it loud. Otherwise, quality equipment and easy install for the price paid.

Super stoked with this speaker! Installed it in 2024 Toyota Tacoma under rear seat and it absolutely bumps! Not going to win any bass competitions but it fills the whole cab with good low end balance. Not a fan of LED light seems like it could be a little distracting at night but because mine is under a seat I don’t see it. The included LOC works great and has a remote wire that, for me, works great to turn speaker on and off when car is started. (It does take about 30 seconds to turn off after car is shut down, probably just from remaining voltage in line.) Would be 5 stars if wiring kit was better, I bought a 8 gauge amp wiring kit on Amazon for 20$ and it made a big difference. If you are looking for some filler bass at a great cost this is the speaker for you!

Worked great, has held up well for several months while being turned up to the max. It sounds pretty good for a 10 inch compact sub. The metal case seems like it will hold up fairly well. It was pretty easy to connect to my truck with the cables that were included. The blue light is slightly annoying though, I wish there was a way to disable it. The base control knob seems very weak, I don't expect it to hold up very well so maybe look into getting a separate one from this kit. It has connection issues with the amp, if it's pulled on or a bump is hit it sometimes comes unplugged.

I bought this for a 2015 Tacoma. It fit absolutely perfect behind the rear seat, was super simple to hook up. Honestly this is my first ever review ive written. Only because im so impressed with the quality of sound for the price.

Honestly, being in the car audio business for 20+ years previously, I was a little embarrassed to buy a no-name inexpensive powered sub. If my coworkers could see they would razz me to no end. But all I needed for my motorhome was a little low end boom. The 6x8 in the door are nice, but don't have any low end. This powered sub under the passenger seat was easy to install, and honestly, sounds very good! Cool blue light on top is fun too. There's a lot of smoke and mirrors in the stereo business, this unit was probably made in the same factory as the expensive name brand subs. Feels solid and heavy I was impressed. Includes all the RCA and power cables you would need. Heck just the box of wire accessories would cost you $80 at a car audio shop.

The cable that runs from the amp to the dash used to adjust the levels failed while under warranty. The website listed on my order as the manufacturers website is AI generated and not the manufacturers website. I messaged the seller who ignored me. I contacted Amazon who provided another website they have listed which was no longer valid. They also provided a phone number they had on file and it too was not valid. If you buy this, do so at ypur own risk as you may not be able to utilize the warranty in any way.

It’s good for what it is! Easy install sounds good. Only got 4 stars because the led light doesn’t have an off switch and it’s SSOOOOOO BRIGHT
