Great way for professional women to have fun. Color shows in sunlight on dark hair without bleaching. Turns greys into vibrant highlights. No bleaching necessary for beautiful color. Magneta eliminates orange brassiness. Lasts for a long, long time.Only downside - Hair fall -will- stain if it is wet. So, be extra careful to pick up every strand in the shower or around the bathroom sink. Cleans up great with acetone or alcohol or a magic eraser with Ajax or Comet (Dollar Store). No problems found with stains on bedding.For best results, I recommend applying it with a paddle and brush and criss crossing and coating each thin parting of hair and then using heat to set the hair.It is super thick. It mixes well with more liquid colors and because it is so concentrated those colors won’t shift the color of this too much.The results I have experienced are even and long lasting. I have stopped trying to cover the grey and started celebrating the fact that I can wear color as I do not dare bleach my fine, chemically processsed hair.Update - I eventually went back to Clairol Beautiful Collection Advanced Gray Solution. Unfortunately, the Clairol color options are not nearly as vibrant or as pretty. But, it only costs $7 per bottle for my whole head vs 2 3oz bottles of myDentity. And, I do not have to worry as much about staining surfaces if a strand of wet hair falls on a service nor do I need plastic liners during application and rinsing. It lasts for a long time. Also, I decided to go darker to make my hair look thicker rather than more vibrant. But, no shade to the myDentity product at all. It is a great option for doing something different to spice things up - without bleach or color damage. I enjoy having the option. And, I would go back to it again when fun wins out over practical.
