Great Product with Excellent Customer Support
I purchased the Caresmith Callus Remover on Amazon, which comes with a 2-year warranty. After about a year of use, I experienced an issue with the pulse function. I contacted Caresmith customer support, and they were extremely helpful. They guided me through the process and arranged a replacement within 3–5 days. The service was smooth and hassle-free. The product works well, and with such reliable after-sales support, it’s definitely worth buying.

Very Disappointing – Not Worth the Money
I recently purchased this portable heel cleaner from Amazon, and honestly, it was a complete waste of money. The product looks good in the pictures, but the actual performance is very poor. First, the motor is extremely weak and struggles to remove even slightly rough skin. I had to go over the same area multiple times, and even then, the results were barely noticeable. Secondly, the build quality feels cheap and flimsy. It doesn’t feel durable at all and seems like it could stop working anytime. Another issue is that the battery drains very quickly, and the charging time is too long compared to the usage time. Also, the roller head doesn’t rotate smoothly, which makes the whole process uncomfortable and ineffective. I expected something convenient and efficient, but this product does neither. It ended up being more time-consuming than using traditional methods. Overall, very disappointed with this purchase. Would not recommend this to anyone looking for an effective heel cleaner. Save your money and look for a better alternative. 👎
