I love this product! I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk with it and it keeps me full for about 5 hours. Being diabetic, it's an awesome product!

Mixes well with milk or water. Flavor makes me happy. I look forward to drinking it! It is thicker with milk. No chalky taste at all! Easy to mix with just a shaker cup.

Tastes great! But it doesn’t dissolve. I’ve tried different temperatures of water, many different shaker types, different sizes of bottles; it is clumpy every single time. I shake it each time right before I drink, it’s not under shaken. I’ve used a coffee blender stick, still clumpy. I believe the only way to enjoy this product is to put it in an actual blender. If you’re going to be doing that, it could work for you, I think. Otherwise, if you don’t want to have a clumpy, gross experience, find another product.

I've been drinking meal replacement shakes off-and-on for over two decades. Whether they be Slim-Fast, MET-Rx, Myoplex, or some other brand. Most of them don't taste that good. At all. Strawberry Myoplex has always been my favorite, flavor wise. This Mint Chocolate Chip flavor from TransformHQ is better than most. I don't think it will dethrone my favorite, but it really isn't bad at all. Remember, this is a meal replacement product, meant to contain very little sugar. This means that it can really only taste so good. I mixed it up with a blender and tried it with both water (and ice cubes), and also with cold whole milk. When made with whole milk, I think it is very close to a milkshake flavor, albeit with a very obvious artificial sweetener flavor; and I could actually see myself choosing it over some other light meals. When made with water it is ... sorta yucky. But again, it's a meal replacement product and when keeping that in mind and comparing the flavor to other MRPs, I'd say it is still above average. The mint taste does help to cover up the artificial flavor and sweetener a little. The price per serving is acceptable, right in the normal price range for this sort of product. I have never tried any of TransformHQ's other flavors but I can see myself ordering this one again.

There are 28 one scoop 180 calorie servings in the 45 ounce tub. Each serving has 5 grams of fat (2 saturated), 15 grams fat, 5 grams fiber, 3 grams sugar (2 grams added) and 20 grams protein along with an assortment of vitamins and minerals. Sweetening is created with sugar and sucralose (Splenda). Directions are to combine one scoop with 12 ounces ice cold water, almond milk or other chosen beverage—I used water and mixed it in a shaker bottle. I was concerned the sucralose can sometimes have an aftertaste but I did not notice it in this protein powder. To estimate shelf-life at the time of this review in June 2024 the Best By date is 26 months in the future but dates will vary.
