Doesn't seem to reliably work
If it were a magic tool, it'd get more stars. But even if so, I'm not sure it'd be needed. A knock box does the trick, and your espresso machine and grinder are going to be loud either way. Who is this for?

High quality rubber, does a useful job
When I make coffee using a double basket, I get very dry pucks that don't come out on their own. I had been digging them out with a little digging tool attached to the portafilter (maybe it wasn't intended for this purpose, but that's how I use it) but now I have this suction tool.It fits and pulls the puck out. Nice soft rubber but makes firm contact on the puck. Also comes with one of those little brushes, better quality than the usual hard plastic ones.

Got it for espresso Puck removal
Doesn't hold onto the puck to lift it out. Suction isn't strong enough. The brush that came with it is great though.

Works OKAY, not orange as shown but very dark red brown
If I had known the color was going to be off, I would’ve just ordered it in black. And while functionally it does work, it’s kind of finicky and doesn’t make a great seal with a 58 mm basket. Meh.
