Not as expected
First of all it is not a certified Google OS it is a modified android OS with minimum apps in the play store. Google apps are not updating. Youtube shorts are not working. Remote control buttons are not designed properly for YouTube. Unable to forward and backward Youtube videos. Company needs to address these issues. Remaining apps are working good. No updates. Tata play binge not installing.

Works fine!
After 1 month use I am reviewing the product. The product is just as claimed in the features. Works fine. Connects to bluetooth devices easily. Voice remote is usefuI only for operating google apps but the remote has no issues. Bought Android box from other sellers and returned it as they were not working fine. As long as Android 12 is being supported by google, it will work. Happy with the purchase.

Not working as expected
First of all it is not a full fledged Android OS. Just a filtered list of apps work in this TV Box. Netflix app is not even supported (which defeats the whole purpose of buying this TV Box). I faced so many issues that I stopped using it immediately and felt that I wasted my money in something not even tested for a TV box. Seller should be aware of this limitations before selling this and tried to get a resolution before selling it to customers and make them suffer.

Very poor product quality. Within just one week after delivery, the product stopped working. There has been no replacement, no proper support, and no response from your side. I purchased it in December, and now it’s already May, but I still haven’t received any solution. I have sent multiple emails, but nobody is replying. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing.

As smooth as butter
very amazing product. This is very very smooth box I have ever had. except that it cannot play 4k in netflix and other OTT apps (because it is not widevine level 1 certified). I use it for 4K youtube, and other apps and it is working just fine. If you want google certification, better go with their GX1 or GT1 model
