Got this hub for my laptop to take with me when I travel. So far it's working as expected. The attached cable plugged into my laptop's USB-C port and I was off and running. I was able to plug multiple USB drives into it along with a micro SD card and a regular SD card all at the same time and all four drives showed up in Windows right away and we accessible. My hard-wired mouse works great with it and I was able to connect my TV to the HDMI out and project my screen onto the TV with no problems. I have not tried the ethernet jack as I don't really need that, but it's nice to have in case wireless is not available. It's small enough to fit in my backpack with my other components so it should travel well.

I am using this port docking station on a desktop computer whose access is somewhat limited. The docking station allows me to shorted some cord lengths and keep items a bit neater on the desk. I am using the USB 2 and 3 ports for keyboard/mouse and microphones - which are all end-user contact devices. The ports are conveniently located now. The USBC cord is a little short - but works for me because the desktop is behind the monitor I use. But if the desktop was on the floor, it might be difficult to place the docking station on the desk. The desktop comes on when I press the keyboard or mouse, so that's good (I don't need to go through a port directly on the computer). The device looks good. It's small enough to place nearby the monitor and still have access.

I have a laptop sitting on a small laptop table in my livingroom. I play games, internet surf, play on social media etc while watching tv. One of the USB A ports on my Alienware stopped working and I have too many things plugged into one splitter. I have a fan, the mouse dongle and charge cable, my fitness watch charge cord and a laptop cooling mat. When I saw this USB C hub, I figured that would help with the load. I saw it as a free promotional and I ordered it. So, I have the laptop cooling mat plugged into it and I put my mouse dongle on as well. Both are USB A. The mat works fine but the mouse went wonky and wouldn't track properly. I tried it on the port recommended by the vague instructions and moved it around looking for a better solution but eventually moved it back over to the splitter I have on the other side. I'm sure I'll get some use out of it but for now it is only holding the laptop cooling mat. I'll update once I've used it for other items.

This docking station works very well for most of my accessories. The power transfer to my computer is great. My laptop has only 3 USB C ports so this docking station is indispensable to be able to use my older accessories like mouse and keyboard. It does not have enough USB ports to plug in everything, including external camera, printers, etc. but I was able to plug in another USB port extender and everything works well with that. Also there is only one HDMI input and I need two for my external dual monitors setup so I had to buy an HDMI extender to use both monitors.I also wish it had a 3.5mm output for my speakers so I had to ordered a USB-3mm audio adapter so I could connect the speakers to it.So this docking station works great, but you need to understand if it does have all the ports needed to use all of the other equipment you might have or any other adapters might be needed.

I feel like the cable could be a lot longer for what it is. Its design suggests that it should sit on a desk or table, but the cord is super short. The silver part of the unit is metal, and it looks really nice. Accepts my SD cards and dongles just fine, I just cant reach my PC's connectors for it.

Nice economical docking station for your PC be it a tower or laptop. Every plug is taken into consideration with this unit. Great value for the price!

A combination USB port, HDMI port AND card reader! A veritable jack of all trades. Plugged it in, and it worked like a charm. My only criticism is that the power input is on the top... would have been much cleaner to put it on the side. But all in all, it still rocks.

This hub has everything needed to attach numerous devices to your computer. It is made of high quality materials and is easy to use. There are slots for almost everything, and it is small and portable. It is also excellent for quick transfers. This is a good one.
