Very Good Wallpaper stripper that does what it says and at a great price!
We are currently renovating our house and going about this one room at a time. The house we purchased is very old going all the way back to the mid 1930's which on the one hand is great as the house is solid and well built but on the other hand it has decades of wallpapers from previous work done.We needed a good wallpaper stripper and after looking at this we purchased it. I have to say I was worried but should not have as the Wagner W16 Steam Wallpaper Stripper did an excellent job removing the wallpaper with ease. As with all things, taking your time and preparing well is the key.The Wagner W16 Steam Wallpaper Stripper was easy to use and setup was quick. The water reached the right temp fast and produces a great amount of steam stripping the age old wallpapers with comparative ease. This has saved a huge amount of time.Very good product and does exactly what it is meant to do....

Ok but could be better
It does do the job intended, however,I wish had paid more and bought a better machine. It steams well and covers a vast area. I have given it four stars as it does do a good job, I just expected a little more from I.

Does a good job
This made very light work removing the nasty old wood-chip from my bedroom wall. The hose has a very long reach. I didn’t use the plastic scraper that was included so I can’t comment on that. My only draw back is the initial heat up time for steam production, it did take a while but once it was going it was great!

This has stopped working after i have used it Twice. Contacted Wagner who fobbed me off to Amazon. Trying to return something to Amazon after more than 30 days is not easy I cannot find a link on the site even after googling and searching the site..I could buy it again in 30 seconds but have been looking how to return it for an exchange for two days Rubbish service from all concerned.

Great item for stripping wallpaper
This has been a life saver when stripping the wallpaper. Not cheap but worth getting. Not sure what we would have done without it!!
