This LED strip is amazing. Firstly, the COB LEDs make a much nicer quality of light than traditional/cheaper LED strips, because the diffuser coating them makes smooth, uniform light with no bright spots. The look is so much more refined and attractive. Secondly, this strip has AMAZING presets (over 140 of them) which showcase all sorts of interesting chases, fades and patterns. The lights are able to intelligently sense where the strip has been cut and designate end points for these patterns which create symmetrical motion, etc. Very gorgeous and complex patterns of color chases and fades which dazzle and are way beyond an ordinary LED strip. Next there's the physical switch attached to the cable, which also has buttons to change mode & brightness... Next there's the remote control which is much bigger and more detailed than other LED remotes, with many more buttons and choices. However the BEST part by far is the phone app. This app let's you navigate every single preset, see it's title, change the brightness OR saturation of the colors, save 9 favorites presets, rename things, even an RGB color wheel with corresponding Hex codes to select a color which *perfectly matches* a color of your choice. If you know the Hex code of your color, you can enter it and have it match your corporate logo / desktop theme / stage light show / you name it. The sticky tape backing on the strip is nice & thick, not a cheap paper tape (like I've seen on other LED strips) but more like a rubber foam material; it sticks very well and stays put. Overall this is by FAR the BEST LED strip I have ever used or seen! I cannot possibly reccomend it highly enough. My name is Daniel, this is a review by a real person. I used this strip to decorate a shelf in my bedroom, the shelf has this dazzling rainbow uplifting now, it looks incredible. I love the presets and favorites function. Seriously cannot reccomend enough. Buy this instead of any other strip.

Lights work great, and have a great range of color especially when paired through the app. The adhesive on the back is rather easy to work with and holds itself well. The only downside side would be how the lights work for music and sound, as it also can draw ambient sound depending on how sensitive you have the device set. But even with that the lights on their own are a great choice for a budget. Also there is a timer feature on the controller itself but i'd argue the on the app is a bit better.

This LED strip (24ft, COB WS2811, IP65, full RGBIC) is the best LED strip currently available on the market. It is the brightest, has the most densely populated addressable sections, has accurate white appearance without a dedicated white LED, has decent adhesive backing, and is the most durable and waterproof with their heat-shrink wrapping on the entire strip. The price is also fair since they come in 24ft rolls instead of the standard 16.5ft. The only thing it is missing is a full IP68 silicone encased version for wetter environments and possibly a longer lasting adhesive backing. I use these strips for both residential and commercial applications for my business and they have been excellent so far. There are only two downsides in my opinion. Once in a while, you will have a single LED go out, but the LEDs are so densely packed that you cant even tell the difference. The other downside is that voltage drop appears to be more prevalent when combining strips to create super long runs. I think its just easier to notice since the brightness is so high and the color is so accurate at the beginning of the run. Overall, these are the best LED strips available anywhere right now. They are CONSIDERABLY brighter than the 5050smd chip strips that have become pretty common and use the same amount of energy. Honestly, I have to turn down the brightness so I dont disturb my neighbors at night. They're REALLY bright. I hope Pautix eventually comes out with a more “industrial” version that is IP68 rated and has 3M VHB on the back so they stick to surfaces indefinitely. In the meantime, these are truly the best you can buy in May 2024.

I recently purchased a few different LED light strips for my TV. This is one that worked best. Lights up the entire wall. The USB is a great option that plugs directly into the TV and powers on when the TV is on. Can easily change the colors on the control panel or the remote. I ran this on a 65” TV

Very cheap quality. Light strip is very delicate. Has these small bumps by the area where the strips are soldered together. Creating a not so flush look. Then after 24 hours, only the about 10 lights worked... the only way it works is if i apply pressure to the strip.... Most functions works on remote. Bought 2 strips.... and the app to group them works. But not many features available. Cannot segment the lights to my own liking. Have to rely on presets to reduce the of lights used and it got boring fast. With the price, i should've expected more but this product doesn't deliver. Going back to Govee. Their more expensive but the quality speaks for itself. These may be okay for a simple project but quality and flexibility sucks

Las tiras son muy buenas, responden muy rápido a los cambios con el control, los leds son muy brillantes y en general, estoy muy satisfecho con la compra, vienen sólo las tiras led, sin fuente de alimentación ni controlador, PERO NO COMPREN el controlador de Pautix (en la descripción de las tiras dicen cuál es el controlador que recomiendan y el que supuestamente es el compatible), porque en mi caso eso hice y fue un martirio poder agregar las tiras a la app, y no es la primera vez que lo hago, toda mi casa es inteligente, así que el controlador NO FUNCIONA, mejor compren una marca compatible con tiras led COB IC y les irá mejor, porque el controlador lo tuve que devolver, fue una muy mala compra, pero las tiras, muy bien.

The lights look good, and install easily. I cut the strip into 3 pieces, and used connectors to wire all 3 strips in parallel. However, as I was working on getting the wires fished through a hole (not something that would be considered being rough in any way), one of the soldered wires pulled cleanly off the pad. The wires on either side of it remain firmly attached, so I have to assume it was not soldered properly to begin with. It's within my capabilities to deal with this, but I shouldn't have had to. I was past the return window by this point, so I'm stuck with them.
