Got these because I researched the blood glucose lowering qualities of Ceylon cinnamon. This was the fourth brand of cinnamon capsules that I bought this year. This is equally as good. The capsules were clean and intact. I can't say much about the efficacy for blood sugar control yet since results vary for people, but my levels haven't increased much and I don't restrict my diet much either. The cost per unit was competitive so it's a good buy for people looking for this supplement. The mg per capsule is quite high so you get a lot for your money.

Good source of ceylon cinnamon for those who want a natural form of coumarin. USE WITH CAUTION. I take 4-5 pills per month. spaced out. This is a very dangerous supplement if used rwithout caution.

Smells great, easy to swallow, and fairly priced based on quantity.
