I do not believe these glasses come with a light. Nowhere in the listing or on the package is an included light mentioned.

Q: How are these for watching TV?

They aren't reading glasses. They are wearable magnifying glasses to be a used for a minute or two at a time, just like when you use a magnifying glass, but without having to hold it whit one hand. Just to see details on whatever you need. Not for reading or watching TV. Do not wear for long periods of time.
