Is this one 4 lb bag** A: The description I read is ONE - FOUR POUND BAG. FOUR POUNDS Total. **Q: Is this considered healthy?** A: Leo, I really enjoy this trail mix and I do order it almost every time I place my order. This mix contains a lot of healthy nuts-cashew, peanuts and raisins, and several other kinds of nuts. It does however contain M&M candies and the raisins are sweet too. My husband is diabetic and can not have the M&M's or the raisins. I don't have the bag left, but I don't remember this mix stating that it is a "healthy" choice for snacking. Unfortunately, I am so addicted to this Signature Trail Mix that I find it hard to quite munching on it. I will be adding this to my next order again. For the most part, Leo, I would say "no" this is not a healthy snack but it sure is out of this world!
