The product is really great and my cat loves it and appears calmer with it. However, it doesn’t make much sense that the refill price is more expensive than the starter kit and first sachet. The refill comes with only one replacement sachet, without the holder, but is more expensive than the starter kit with the holder. It’s wasteful to keep buying the starter kit instead of the refills and the refil then should come at least with 2 replacement sachet. Giving it 4 star instead of of 5 because of this. Thank you.

Life has been purrfect with Tommy, he suffers anxiety & tears around zooming everywhere. Since I bought this tidy device he's been very relaxed on Mums lap. It's just like an air freshener with hardly any scent noticeable. I've used feliway for 2 fighting moggies before. This calms mine down. I recommend highly.

I bought this during an amazon search on cat diffusers for the car. One of the keywords is portable and technically it is. It is a palm sized plastic freestanding holder with a liquid sachet. I stood this in my car driver cupholders. Opening the sachet was awful. The instructions state, peel back the foil which I managed and assumed the purple block was then a gel which eventually evaporated. Not the case! There is a clear film which despite repeated attempts I could not get a grasp of. In frustration, I pierced it with a sowing needle and suddenly the purple liquid began moving freely, including the holes I had just made. I did take a whiff of it and I couldn't discern any odour so it must cater purely to cats. Mine seemed slightly more chilled going away this time with its use. I would prefer it in another format though for cars so it doesn't spill whilst carrying suitcases.

2 stars for item being exactly as described. However, didn’t notice any difference in the cat being ‘calmer’. That being said, I’m fully aware that what might work for one cat doesn’t always work for another. Won’t personally buy again but with each cat being different it’s always worth a go for stressed cats.

I bought 2 starter sets and a month later I bought 2 refills. It's quite a large room so I thought 1 wouldn't be enough. I'm not sure if they made much difference to the cat's behaviour but I was going to buy again for another month. However, I then realised it costs £3 more for the refill than the starter. This is crazy and far too expensive. So, I won't be buying any more.
