Well made, beautiful hardware
We used this shower set in a previous home and loved it. So, in remodeling a new place, we are using in both full baths. High quality, great temperature control.

So far we love it, looks amazing!! Only thing I don't care for is the hose for handheld, its plastic gray color.

Hose broke - fell out of handheld and can’t be reattached don’t buy
This system looks good but I’m about three years in and the hose came out of the handheld and cannot be reattached. Poor quality for this much money.

Feels Like Heaven In A Shower
Even though it may be complicated to setup, you’d be impressed by the after result. DO NOT REMOVE THE PRESSURE REDUCER. It has plenty of pressure with the reducer in. The rain head gets full body coverage, and the handheld is a nice addition. The bar can hold the hand held and also works well as a bar to hold onto. Don’t be mad that the enclosure is all plastic, they do this to reduce buildup on the metal. Overall amazing for the price, feels like heaven, 10/10 recommend.

Bad part inside the mixing valve
The product was good except the inside cartridge of the mixing valve. I returned the inside of the control valve and If you could send me a new one that would be great.Thank youCan you email me if you are going to send me the broken [email protected] You
