I am just disappointed that it’s incredibly ancient in its technology. Trying to do anything at all is like using the Garmin gps thing that used to go on your dash in the 90’s. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. It was easy to install, it took me probably 30 minutes. I replaced the sd card with a 256gb just because I drive across the country pretty regularly and this seemed like a good way to be prepared. The screen is extremely small, but in a way it’s good because it’s unobtrusive. The WiFi is spotty, the app is ok. I just got an Anker sd card reader but I haven’t used it yet to get anything onto my phone. We’ll see. I added a polarized lens which was one of the reasons I chose this. You’d be surprised what that does to the images. It wasn’t expensive, either. All in all, this is a great budget dash cam, but expect it to be like the olden days in the beginning of the internet in terms of commands & ease of use. I’m keeping it simply because it’s one of those things I have in place to be prepared and sort of set it & forget it.
