Missing Part
My frame came and had every piece except one part of the bed frame. We were missing piece labeled #2 which is one of the four posts that raises it to become a loft. We weren't able to get the piece mailed out and were told to return the entire product for a refund. Over 70lbs of metal unboxed and repacked, super disappointed.

Set up and finish
The media could not be loaded. Ships in two boxes don’t start till you have both boxes. You will need all screws there are no extras. Looks great for real space saver!
