I use this at night as I have Sjogren's. It's similar to Biotene so it helps for a short time.

I tried this as an alternative to my usual Biotene, however I just didn’t like the taste at all. Might be just me. In the end I threw it away and have managed to get Biotene again.

Great stuff if you have a dry mouth. I have Sjorgens Syndrome and I use this with the accompanying mouthwash and toothpaste. It has made a huge difference to my dry mouth - my tongue literally used to get stuck to the roof of my mouth overnight but no more! It has a pleasant taste and consistency too. I use it all the time now.

This stops my very dry tongue sticking to the roof of my mouth!! Swallowing is so difficult when dryness persists. A little speck of this gel is wonderful and the effects last for many hours before I need to rinse my mouth with water! Quite a life-saver. How did I ever manage without it? (Recommended to use by my dentist).

Piuttosto densa e quindi fa bene il suo lavoro, il sapore non e' granché ma l' importante e' che sia utile per chi , come me, si ritrova secchezza nel retro gola durante giorno e notte.

My old brand of mouth moisturizer was much too sweet and the effect wasn’t lasting. My dentist suggested this one and I am very pleased with it. I will but again. It took a long time to come.

J'ai malheureusement souffert de xérostomie quelques semaines à cause d'un traitement anti-acidité qui, semble-t-il, était un peu trop fort pour moi. On est loin de s'imaginer l'handicap que cela peut représenter. Ce gel humectant a vraiment été providentiel pendant cette période. A étaler à grosses couches sur les gencives et les glandes salivaires (avec vos doigts). Peu ragoûtant, certes, mais vraiment efficace. J'imagine que pour les personnes souffrant de xérostomie très grave ou prolongée, des traitements plus efficaces existent, mais si vous venez d'essayer un nouveau dentifrice/bain de bouche qui a eu la mauvaise idée de vous enflammer un peu les glandes salivaires, je vous recommande chaudement d'essayer ceci directement pour réduire les effets désagréables (et néfastes) de la sécheresse buccale.
