We now own five of these Columbia throws. Several years ago we accumulated one each of beige, soft green, and dark green. They’ve remained the coveted throws in our home for watching movies and reading. They are toasty warm and incredibly soft. For reference, we live in northern Montana.They wash like a dream. I cannot tell you how many times those first three throws have been through the washer and dryer (on low-heat setting). They’ve never pilled, as fleece tends to do, nor gotten that “roughed up” look. They’ve always stayed velvety-smooth.This year, when I spotted the Sparrow color, I had to have one! When it arrived, I was relieved to discover that it was just as thick and plush, and washed up just as perfectly, as our older throws of the same name. So many times over the years we’ve bought replacements for beloved items, only to discover that the new version had declined in quality. Not so with this throw, at least not as of production year 2024. I love the beautiful soft-mauve Sparrow color so much that I bought a second one. :)

This blanket is so soft. You just want to snuggle up all day in it! Beautiful color highly recommend. We bought two of these and gave the other as a gift. The other person is still loving it.
