Tea has clean , tart taste, robust color with nothing more . Great price....tried others , some have other ingredients and earthy flavor. Good hot , even better cool.

I’m not really much of a tea drinker, However, I been drinking green tea - mancha and hibiscus for health reasons. I’m using the hibiscus to assist with my blood pressure and noticed no change until I started drinking it 2x a day. Once in the morning and one before bedtime. This doesn’t have caffeine, so you should be good. It took a good month before I noticed a slight drop in my numbers . My bottom number went from 105 to 95- still working on it but it was good to see it under a hundred. ( I take meds also for my HBP) Hopefully I can get it in the 80s and maintain. We shall see. Oh the hibiscus tea taste good. I add a lil lemon to it.
