Excellent!
Original Japanese, great. Doesn't stick, cooks well. I don't buy any other. I get three types, each goes with a different dish. I'm blown away!

Tasty!
These are just great. I use them when I make ramen: we alternate between buckwheat noodles and these, and these are definitely my favourite :)

If you like udon noodles ...
If you are a noodle person, the following is my feedback of the product (Hime Joshu Udon Noodles 800g). ... I first tried this brand of udon noodle a couple of months ago, and bought more subsequently. The quality is very good. The brand is Japanese. It is not the cheapest, especially compared with brands from other non-Japanese makes. But I highly recommend it because the quality is worth it. One thing to look out though - it does not come with any soup flavour; just the noodles in the pack. You may want to buy a pot of miso and other Japanese pastes to create a soup-base for the noodles. Alternatively, fry the noodles with your soya/oyster sauces (plus vegetables and/or shredded meat) etc. It works.
